In cooperation with our partners, we have developed new perspectives on management control, and new tools for controlling and monitoring of performance.
The intended outcome of this is the establishment of appropriate mental models and a creation of performance agreement across organizational hierarchies and cross-functional borders. Thus creating an alignment between intentions and actions within the organization.
